Our Remodeling Process

While we offer a wide range of remodeling services, we use a consistent process, to ensure client satisfaction. Our steps include:

• Intial contact with you: This is a call, an email or our online form. Once we can speak with you, we schedule a meeting in your home to assess the scope of your project, and tell you more about Falco Construction.

• If after that meeting, you decide to work with us, we prepare an initial draft of the scope of the work, a ballpark budget, and a timeline.

• Once we all agree that the scope, budget and timeline are acceptable, we prepare final documents that detail each step of the project so you will know what will happen and when it will occur.

• The construction phase: During this period, your on-site supervisor will keep you fully informed and answer any question that you may have. He will supervise all subcontractors and oversee the delivery of materials, relieving you of any concerns or scheduling issues.

• Final walk-through: After the construction is complete, the final payment is not made until you have a chance to review all work during a "walk-through." If any little detail has gone unfinished, it will be completed before we declare the project "finished."
